On the hunt for a new two-bedroom apartment? We’ve rounded up a few that are currently available to rent in the neighborhood — take a look at the details, and let us know what you think. Lots of luck in your search!

580 Carroll Street, #5C
Price: $6,800
Available: May 1
Details: Last week we took a look at a duplex available for sale in this condo, which was built, and now this other apartment — also with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but just on one floor — is up for rent. There’s a private terrace that runs along the entire length of one side of the apartment, and another private balcony off the master bedroom, and since it’s on the top floor, you’ve got some nice views. You can’t bring your pets, but you can bring your car — a parking space comes with the unit.

796 President Street
Price: $3,100
Available: July 15
Details: T
his floor-through apartment appears to be on the ground floor of a townhouse — at least that’s what the bars on the window in the kitchen seem to suggest. Still it’s bright, and looks like it has lots of storage, including built-in bookshelves, plus there’s a dishwasher.

253 3rd Avenue
Price: $3,000
Available: May 1
Details: It’s a little surprising to see a space at this price on 3rd Ave, but it looks like they’ve recently renovated the apartment, so for something like this further up the Slope, you’d likely be paying a few hundred more per month. A taste of things to come in Gowanus, or a sign of what’s already there? Either way, this apartment is a bright and airy open space with a dishwasher, an in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC.

313 7th Avenue
Price: $2,700
Available: May 1
Details: Close to the F/G subway stop at 9th Street, this apartment looks like it might be better for families than for shares, as it seems the front bedroom has glass French doors. The kitchen was recently redone, but if you’re looking to eat out sometimes, you’re close to a lot of options on 7th Ave.
