Good morning, Park Slope! It’s time to put that Winter Warriors title to the test. Get out in the snow and check in at the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket info tent for the fourth week of their winter challenge.
All of your favorite winter vendors will be there selling greens, preserves, breads, and apples. So many apples! What’s your poison? Cortland? Golden Russet? Pink Lady? (Mmm, pink lady.) No need to be overwhelmed by the options, though, since at least one of the stands is ready with labeled samples.
If you don’t get your apple fix today, stop by the Park Slope Farmers Market tomorrow, where Migliorelli Farm will be selling their apple and pear sauces and ciders.
The GAP Greenmarket runs Saturdays from 8am-4pm at Grand Army Plaza. The Park Slope Farmers Market runs Sundays from 10am-4pm along 4th Street at 5th Ave.
