Late Night Service Changes for N, Q, R Trains

Late night subway travel might be a little complicated this week, especially if it involves riding to or from Manhattan. Fastrack work is rerouting Q trains in Manhattan, and service changes are in effect for late night travel between Queens and Brooklyn on the N and R trains:

R train service ends early between 36 Street (Brooklyn) and 71 Avenue (Queens)
Late nights, 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday – Thursday January 28 – 31
N trains make all stops between 36 Street and Jay St-MetroTech

No N trains between Jay St-Metrotech and Queensboro Plaza
Late Nights, 10 p.m. – 5 a.m., Monday – Friday January 28 – February 1
Service operates in two sections:
1. Between Stillwell Av and Jay St-MetroTech, making local stops
2. Between Queensboro Plaza and Ditmars Blvd

Q trains are rerouted in Manhattan
Late Nights, 10 p.m. – 5 a.m., Monday – Friday January 28 – February 1
Service operates between Stillwell Av and DeKalb Av, and is rerouted as follows:
1. Via the D train between DeKalb Av and 47-50 Sts
2. Via the F train to/from 57 St
