It’s time for Food & Wine’s The People’s Best New Chef 2013 award, and our own Dale Talde is on the ballot. He’s got some stiff competition with ten regions of chefs in contention, but we know the man behind the porky melt is up to the challenge.
Voting started this week and runs through March 18. You’re only allowed to vote once per region, so be sure you’ve actually clicked on Dale’s name before you submit. The top chef in each region will become the regional winners, and the one with the highest votes overall will be named Food and Wine’s Best New Chef in America.
