America’s Next Top Instructional Soccer Video Star

According to the flyer taped to the J.J. Byrne fence, kids soccer coach Chris Fugelsang is looking for a few good players* between ages 8 and 13 to feature in his instructional soccer video. They’ll be filming on the field in Dyker Beach Park on August 21st and 22nd, from 7am to 11am. Parents must be in attendance for drop off and pick up (all caps!).

In return for their footwork and camera-ready enthusiasm, all players will receive a free soccer grab bag (all caps!), plus a free 1 hour coaching session from Fugelsang himself. Also, snacks during filming.

    Rachel, Thank You for posting this. Unfortunately I had to cancel the shoot for tomorrow, but I am rescheduling for early September. I am a licensed youth soccer coach and I currently coach High School and a local youth team. We are still looking for a few talented young players to get involved. It will be a really fun day, plus you’ll get lots of experience completing a variety of drills, and you’ll get a one-to-one personal soccer coaching session free at a later date.
