What: Beauty Bar hosts their first LGBTQ+ Mixer, offering an anxiety-proof space that’s dedicated to “chill, casual conversation.” Listen to the sounds of DJ D’hana and enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink specials, as you make new friends, a love/lust connection with queers who are single and/or available, or meet activity partners, business contacts, and then some.

Party For Paws Fundraiser For Animal Rescue

What: Brooklyn Animal Action throws its second annual fundraiser, which will feature a custom menu from the masters at Stone Park Café, animal-themed trivia, and a silent auction featuring such goodies as a weekend away in the Berkshires, original art, unique jewelry, and gift certificates. The locally-sourced menu includes dishes like deviled eggs, crispy arancini, hoisin chicken salad sandwiches, mini cheese stromboli, vegetable springs rolls, and more, plus artisan specialty cocktails.
