Attention food industry owners and workers: the The New York State Restaurant Association and 5th Avenue BID are pairing up to present a seminar on the health inspection process. The program will highlight the most common violations cited during health inspections, explain the best preventative measures that can be taken to help earn and maintain an A grade, and hopefully help to ease the dread of the Health Department visit.
The free seminar will take place on Tuesday, December 11, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm, at the Old Stone House. Reservations are requested and can be made through Irene LoRe here or by phone at (718) 637-1955.
